PS7 new file browser opens up wrong

When I open the file browser in PS7 the top half is up and hidden behind the PS7 toolbar. Is there anyway I can bring it back down from behind the toolbar.

Hello. yes, at the top of ps7
click "Windows" on drop down menu
click "Options"
click "Windows" on drop down menu
click "File Browser" now click and drag File Browser. click "Options" to restore it
Then in file Browser click "Dock To Palette Well"

WINDOW>WORKSPACE>RESET PALETTE LOCATIONS

or if that fails, reset the preferences file as per the FAQs
