I can’t get to the help from the program and when I try to get to the tutorials, I get a message:

"An error occured while attempting to download a file from the Adobe Online web server. AWEXFiles.txt
The request was not understood by the server. HTTP#400-Bad Request."

I’m using a MAC. Can’t I get this ??? Help !

You don’t need it, is download helper, for updates that don’t exist. If ever there is one, you can download manually from Adobe site.

Tell Adobe Online in Prefs to "never check".

Can’t we get this in the FAQ?
