Greetings!
This is the first ime I’ve had this problem on my Dell Windows XP (SP2) system: When launching Photoshop CS, I get the Photoshop window open, but after trying to initialize, scan plugins, etc., I get the msgbox:
"Could not initialize Photoshop because Photoshop cannot create any more windows". I have 1 GB RAM, 22GB free disk space, and am only running Outlook (and a virus checker) in the background, so I would think I have plenty of resources available. I have always been able to open Photoshop on this system, so I am puzzled as to why I am just now getting this message.
Any ideas would be urgently appreciated!
Thank you
Steve
