I have the same needs as you.

I found out how to copy and paste the keywords, etc. Don’t do it from the file info selection as in CS2, go to the metadata/keywords window, select metadata, select IPTC core and then you can cut and paste keywords at will.

In addition to doing it in Bridge (which allows you to attach keywords to multiple documents simultaneously), you can:

Copy (from any text document), then

Photoshop File Info/Description Tab/Keywords section

Paste!
