How to create a wavy colored background image?

Hi All, I’m trying to create a background image to use for a photo collage. I’m using Photoshop cs2 and Elements 4.0, XP on a Dell 4400. I’m listing the site below that has the type of image I want to create. They’re the wavy ones on the bottom row. I tried to tile them but that’s not what I want. I want to make the whole file the way the thumbnail looks. I want to make a file about 1800×1800 px so I can print a 16×20" photo. Does anyone know how to accomplish this or direct me to a good tutorial? I appreciate any and all help. Thanks, Dan
