Flash reflections in mirror

What is the best way to remove flash reflections in a mirror from valuable photos I have taken with flash.

I tried my Dodge tool using various settings for Brush,Range,Exposure to no avail.

I need help

Replace the entire mirror with a clone of the wallpaper – drastic but it works!
