losing xmp data when moving files

I am also having a problem. I do the adjustments on the raw files and then run an action to change them to tiffs and the adjustment is not updated in the new files. Any suggestions? I have been looking at all my preferences and have clicked the box to let the bridge color manage. No luck.

In Windows Explorer, select tools from the menu then choose folder options. At about line 13 of the Advanced Settings, these should be options under managing pairs of Web pages and Folders.

Select Show and manage the pair as a single file.
