Acrobat 8 Professional will not install. Help needed

Upgraded to CS3 Design Premium from CS2 Premium and yet Acrobat 8 won’t have anything to do with the upgrade which is abit of a pain because I’ve only just started enjoying PDF’s.

Any help greatly appreciated.
