I recently had to reinstall Vista after several months of trouble free use including PS CS3. Ever since, I have had problems ONLY with PS CS3. Problems are:
1) options on menu, i.e. activation, update, register are greyed out
2) PS will not close down. I have to force it every time
3) I get messages about having to re-validate despite the fact that the software validates perfectly OK on install.
Bridge (and every app) works perfectly OK. I have re-installed Windows several times trying to identify the problem, but I’m stuck.
I tried Adobe support who were very helpful but didn’t find a solution. Any thoughts? This is driving me crazy!
