Hi.
I have a similar problem in setting a 12.95"x52" print and trying to print it on an Epson R2400 printer. When I am successful in setting the user defined print size, choosing roll paper and other print settings, when print preview attempts to show me the print and it only shows a very tiny sliver of the large print to be printed.
It seems that the size of the print complicates the issue. I tested all the same options but using the roll paper setting and a print size A4 (just to see whether I’d get the same error). All seems to be ok, the print preview dialogue box comes up, and when I get to the preview box after setting all the other options, I see the A4 size print. But I need the print to be the size I set it in the Photoshop 7.0 file.
I work with Windows. I would appreciate any help possible and as soon as anyone gets to read it. I have been trying to print this image for over a week now.
Thank you!
