HELP: PHOTOSHOP CS3 – I cannot open more than one file at a time!

I can easily open a jpeg and edit etc. But when trying to open another jpeg, my system displays an error – one of those that give you three options – Debug, Send Error Report or Don’t Send. So, I click on "Don’t Send" and Photoshop CS3 closes.

Does anyone know why this is the case?

You probably need to do one of two things: delete your preferences or do a repair installation. First, try deleting your preferences as indicated in the FAQ. If that doesn’t work, rerun the installer program.
