Text inside a shape

Hello,
I am using PS CS2 and aI want to know if there is a way to cteate text inside an obect like a triangle and the make it a ping with transparent background. like on this page <http://dannaweiss.com/about.html>
Or should I do it in another CS2 app like InDesign, Illustrator, etc. Thanks for any help

But yep, PS is not the ideal application for this ….
