importing a file to browser

When I bring a folder into the browser it rearranges my pictures. I want to keep them in date order.

Change the Browser sort criteria. Open your File Browser, and look at the very bottom…you’ll see a 4 buttons, a rotation arrow, and a garbage can. The second button controls sort order.
