I understand what happens when an image is resized using nearest neighbor, bicubic interpolation, etc. What happens when an image is resized using one of the transform functions- if, for example, you took an image and pulled it apart to occupy a greater space, or pushed the sides together so that it occupies a smaller space, or pulled the corners out skewing the image- etc., does the program automtically add or subtract pixels, and if so, using what sort of algorithm??
Thanks
