PE 3.0.1 update problem

After I installed this update PE3 loads very slowly as if it’s looking for something that it can not find. When I look at the Windows Task Manager it tells me "program not responding". Eventually the program loads but it takes forever.
What do I do?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling? If I remember the update has something to do with organizer..
