Photoshop elements 3. I was scanning and filing images with a nikon coolscan and a Toshiba laptop running XP. Left it running… child came in and tried to go on the internet. Now when I open Photoshop elements and go to file/ open/ import… the nikon screen comes up, but there is no menu or shortcut toolbar displayed. Can’t seem to get them to open.

Being the father of six young children… I understand. I’m now missing five keys on my Toshiba notebook.

In any case, it might be an idea to simply reinstall.
