While agreeing with you that it shouldn’t happen, I don’t think you’ll get an answer from here Burton.

(Other than reformat and re-install.)

Thanks John. You’re probably right. I was hoping one of the Adobe techs would weigh in.

But it would be way too much trouble for me to reformat and re-install. I’ll just drop it and buy CS3 later. I’ll be getting a new computer in the not-too-distant future, and I might install the CS3 demo on it.
