PSE 2.0 crop tool boundary setting problem

tabs on the cropping boundary have disappeared and only the overall size of the boundary can be adjusted. The selected boundary cannot be relocated within the image. It is no longer possible to adjust the position of each edge of the boundary.
Windows XP,128mb ram.

Sounds like you have a fixed size crop set up. Reset the tool.

To reset the crop tool … all you need to do is select the crop tool then look at the top of the screen. You will see a button over towards the right hand side that says "Clear" just click on it.
