I don’t know if this is a windows thing or a photoshop thing but here’s my question. If I want to open an image with PS, I usually right click on the image icon and select "OPEN WITH" and select Photoshop CS2. (I’ll get to the CS3 thing in a second). No problems doing this without CS3 installed on the system. Once CS3 is installed and I want to open an image using CS2, I right click on the icon and select "OPEN WITH" and CS2 is not there anymore. So I do an "OPEN WITH" and "Choose Program". I hunt down Photoshop CS2 and select it. BAM! CS3 opens the image. Even though I told windows XP pro that I wanted the image to be opened by CS2, CS3 opens the image. I want to keep my image (.JPG) association extension set to Windows Picture & Fax Viewer so I don’t want to make the association change. Is my machine haunted? or is anyone else seeing this.
