I currently use Adobe CS and one of it’s nice features is the "save for web" optimizer. I’s a great process, the image size can be cut by 2/3, and the result is virtually indistinguishable from the original

My quick question is, Does Elements have this feature also? I often feel opening CS to do this is like hefting a sledgehammer to put in a thumbtack…

Thanks for the quick reply! Might you be persuaded to give a "medium" answer? You say: "There actually 2 ways in PSE 3 on Win"

What are they?

One way is a Save For Web in PSE Editor, which is quite similar to that in full PS.

In Organizer, you can also create a Web photo album. This can also be used as a means of generating Web optimizeed "big" images and thumbnails at the same time.

What PSE does lack is a slice tool, but I have never really seen the point of slicing images.
