Open jpg using Camera Raw- CS3

I have read that jpg can be open and use the features of Camera Raw. How can I open a jpg file with Camera Raw? When I open a jpg file, it by default open with "normal" PS not Camera Raw.

You can set it in PS preferences and//or Bridge preferences.
