Photoshop7:

I have a button with a text.

Made a slice from it and created a rollover with a ‘over’ state. This ‘over’ state has the same look as the normal state, how can make the text in a different color that is on that button (text is an layer). So that the ‘over’ state is visible when started in a browser (text yellow, mouse over then white). Thx.

Duplicate the text layer. Now you have the text twice. Fill the second text layer with a different color.

In the Normal state, turn the duplicate text layer off and the original layer on. In the Over state, turn the normal text layer off and the duplicate text layer on.
