Save causes date shift in EXIF

Each time I save a picture in Photoshop CS3 the EXIF date/time original shifts by two hours. E.g. the original value was 10:20 and after a save it suddenly is 08:20. Any suggestions how to avoid this?

I expect that either your computer or your camera has the wrong time zone.
