I have recently setup Windows Vista and with Photoshop CS. They worked fine together for a while, then Photoshop CS had an error during its start up while loading global text resources and froze. I would try to start the program again, but still is unresponsive. I tried to uninstall then reinstall with no luck. Is there anyway to make Photoshop CS work again?
