Alan,
Try this site: http://www.dafont.com/new.php I have have had alot of luck getting the fonts I need off here. Just down load the font in to a folder then extract it to the fonts folder in windows. Normal location is C:\WINDOWS\Fonts. Some of them have to be installed then when you reopen PSE it should automaticaly load them up.
