Is there a way to permanently remove the tick from the ‘Include in Organiser’ box when saving images in Elements v4.0?

In fact, is there a way to remove the Organiser facility completely as I do not wish to use it?

Uninstall everything. Then do a custom install and choose only the photoshop parts.
