I wonder whether anyone can advise me please? At a photographic exhibition I purchased an upgrade to Photoshop CS. I isnatlled it, then two days later suffered a major computer malfunction which left me installing everything from scratch on a new hard disc.
I am unable now to install Photoshop CS. It refuses permission. I have written twice to Ado=be, receiving no reply. I tried phoning twice; once there was no reply, the second time a disembodied voice told me they were closed.
Unfortunately my computer malfunctions quite often, so I am used, reluctantly, to have to reinstall. I never had problems like this with Photoshop 7. I have a perfectly legitimate disc supplied by Adobe, but it doesn’t seem to like me! I’m anxious to use it this evening. Is there any way I can get this running? And if this micro packs up again, do I have to go through all this every time?
I now wish I had never bought the program!
