Are there any Plugins or sources to emulate Metallic Backgrounds for publishing using the Canvas Size, Invert and applying a procedure to make Silver Borders such as the Silver Backgrounds in Lenswork Quarterly? Is there Software to do this?

Yes there are plug-ins …

And free actions on Adobe Exchange and even a bunch of frames actions installed with PS itself.

(BTW ink jets don’t print silver, even if they look good on the monitor.)

The Photoshop WOW! & One Click Wow! books have CDs loaded with such objects to be applied as Layer Styles, Actions, etc.

I have the Photoshop 6 & 7 copies, but they work just as well in the latest versions of Photoshop.
