Running Microsoft XP with Photoshop CS and Illustrator CS getting new computer with Vista will Cs still work? Or do I need to upgrade to CS3?

it SHOULD work, but isn’t supported. do you NEED vista? is xp pro an option on your new system? that’s the way i’d go.

There are two versions of XP: Home and Pro. Most of the Pro features are irrelevant to non-corporate users. However, Pro allows you to use more RAM, which could be important.
