Help at AVI to GIF

I have this video, It is video recorded from Battlefield 2, in modded map which is blue screen. I tried to find way to make it convert it to GIF and make it transparent but I cannot find way. HELP ME how can I convert my AVI to GIF with Alpha Channel perfectly??
