Problem with installation

Hello, I am trying to install Photoshop CS, but evertime it reaches 82% the system just gets hung and is stuck the setup progress back never moves, I waited for almost an hour and tried many times. I have a P4 3Ghz, 2GHz DDR2 RAM with Gigabye Mobo. Anyone faced this issue before? Any help would help.
