Photoshop seems buggy in Vista 32bit

For some reason, photoshop (CS3 Extended) just doesnt seem optimized for vista! Im running 4gb ram machine, pentium 4 3.06ghz and a fairly top of the range graphica card.

Anyone made any changes to their adobe install to make ps run better?
