SAVE AS JPG is missing

When I want to save a picture as a JPEG every file option appears but the JPEG option. What happened?

might not be available because of some file options? is it a 16 bit file? with layers? flatten it and make sure it’s 8 bit. (or use Save for Web)

Note, that you can always get a JPG option under Save For Web.

And when did Milbut go all Italian on us???
