Hello,
Recently I upgraded from CS3 to CS4 Photoshop. Using a Nvidia 8500GT, the performance was fast as lighting. Now, with CS4 the perfomrance is sluggish at best, especially when just trying to move an image to another part of the screen.
My question is would upgrading my video card to the Nvidia 8800GT or alike helpwith this sluggishness or is there some othera tweak I need to make. (I’ve tried on and off w/ Open GL, memory allocation, etc.
Running:
Vista Home Premium
Dual Core 4 Quad 2.2Ghz
Thanks in advance for your suggestions, advice.
