CS4 offers TOO much help.

I was working in PsCS4 and suddenly "Using Adobe Photoshop CS4" opened up. I tried to close it but then two more opened. And then more and more. I know there were about 40 Internet Explorer windows, all with Photoshop help.

Anyone have an idea what caused this?

Maybe it was trying to show you the printer dialog settings. B)

In the old days that was a sign that you were running out of memory (physical or virtual).

Not a very subtle way of telling you "you’re in trouble"… 😉

I don’t know if this still applies.

Eight gigs, five to CS4. 500 gig scratch, nothing else on that drive. I wasn’t running any other memory intensive programs at the same time.
