I’ve experienced the same puzzling problem with Photoshop 7.0 and Elements 2.0:
When I’m using a brush tool (eraser, clone, etc.), even when I have a large brush size, only a tiny paper-thin line draws from the center of it. I can’t figure out how to fix this.
Is it a setting problem? Somebody save me.
