I’ve just hit a problem when starting up Photoshop CS3. Part way through loading I get a message telling me
‘Could not initialise Photoshop because the file is locked’. It has been running ok for a year or so, and I can’t find any locked files in the Adobe folder, and the image file I was trying to load isn’t locked.
Has anyone come across this before? Any suggestions appreciated.
