Keyboard shortcut for brush presets?

I’m surprised that in CS3 there seems to be keyboard shortcuts for virtually everything (including rarely used commands!), yet seemingly no shortcut for cycling through brush presets (or, better still, being able to select one specifically with, say, a number… like CTRL+1).

Am I missing something here? It’s really frustrating, since I find myself frequently switching between an airbrush type brush and a hard-edged, 100% opacity/flow brush… and seem to have to switch by using the Brush Presets pulldown!

I can’t seem to even find a way to set some sort of shortcut using custom keyboard command sets for them… yet the really obscure, rarely used commands, you can!

Please tell me I’m missing something here…
