HTML not being exported.

Hello,

I am using CS4 when I slice an image and go to File > Save For Web & Devices and I save it, it doesn’t save the HTML file just the image slices. How would I correct this?

"Images only" is selected the the SFW dialog. Choose "HTML and images".

I cannot find the option in the main dialog.

It’s in the second dialogue where you name and place the file.
