How Do I launch CS4 Trial

I downloaded the cs4 us version trial for windows and I don’t know how to launch it. When I click on launch button it says there was an error and to contact customer support. I think I am just trying to open it wrong. Please tell me how to open trial version of cs4….thank you!

Kathy,

What do you mean by "launch button"? Did you unzip the downloaded file to a temporary place, and then run setup to install Photoshop?

What O/S do you use?

I use windows xp pro and I did download the file to my desktop then hit the setup button and that is when I get the very general error message that says there has been an error contact support. Not sure why it wont open.
