Just reinstalled PS CS3 on a Windows 7 machine with an ATI Radeon card, with a Viewsonic 2130b monitor.
I use Bridge in filmstrip mode. My images come from to different cameras. On one of them the aspect ratio of the images is 2:3 On the other the Aspect ratio is 3:4. The display of the 2:3 images is fine. With the 2:4 images the images being viewed is no larger than a thumbnail and the functions for rotating the image are grayed out.
The files are stored on a network drive. The same images on another machine are all 2:3 and have no such issues. I can’t understand why the same images would show different aspect ratios and viewing on two different machines. Both machines have the display set to optimum viewing for the monitor.
I would appreciate any thoughts.
TIA
