CS4 Master colection Problems when printing from Photoshop to pdf (Acrobat 9) on 64bit Win 7

The print previev is ok, printing on paper fits as wanted, but trying to print on acrobat leads to a tiny tumbnail in the upper left corner. No way to change this.

Any Ideas?
