Hi friends,

It would be useful to be able to move the selection cursor with the keyboard to get more precise starting points for a new selection.

It would be even better if you could move the cursor with the keyboard in any tool.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mr Impossible.

Which cursor exactly? You can use Transform Selection with the arrow keys to move/resize your selection.

If you’re running Windows XP you could try turning on the Mousekeys function and chosing a low setting for the movement. Details are in the Windows help files. It allows you to move the cursor in any prog, including Photoshop, by using the arrows on the number pad.
