Does anyone here use the Print Image Matching software from Epson? I’ve tried the version 2 Photoshop plugin with images from my Canon 400.
As far as I can see, all it does is embed a colour profile into the image. But how does it generate the profile?
The resulting image is quite different from the original so which is correct?
And is it the same profile for all images from my camera? (If so, I could extract it and apply it to all my camera images without needing the plugin).
