Duplicate Filters

I’m running Photoshop 7.0 on WinXP. Tonight wqhen I went to use one of the Artistic filters, I found that all of the entries in the Artistic filters "drop down" are duplicated. The same is true for Brush Strokes, Sketch, and Texture. For Distort, only Diffue Glass, Glass, and Ocean Ripple have duplicate entries. In Stylize only Glowing Edges is duplicated. All other Photoshop filters, as well as all 3rd party Plug-ins, are fine.

Any ideas?

Someone duplicated the plugin files, or set the "other" plugin path to an old copy of Photoshop.
