I am having issues moving palettes. Sometimes they will move and somtimes they freeze in place …

Anyone else having this issue with PS CS?

System Info. – 748 AMD, Win XP Pro – Service Pack 1, 512 MB RAM, 6 gigs free space, 64 MB Video Card, Gateway.
