JPEG 2000: Growing old waiting on dialog box

Just curious if anyone else has installed the JP2 plugin for CS. I like the result, but getting there is going to take years off my life. It seems that it must update the preview on the smallest provocation, and it takes forever on my machine for it to happen.

Being able to switch off previews would be a nice addition to the patch.

It’s a drag seeing your question sink into oblivion unanswered, but the one knowing the solution may be here just once a week or so…

I can’t answer it. I use PS 7 with the Camera RAW & JPEG2000 plugin, and that works ok…

Well anyway, I nudged your question up again.
