Hi, we are two students from Sweden that are studying Digital Media at the University of Trollhattan/Uddevalla. We are at the moment writing a paper about on-line learning for software. In our researches for references we found all the interesting online videos for software education at adobe.com. So now we’re wondering if we could ask some questions about the “software capping” in the videos.

The questions are:
1. What techniques are you using to develop the instructional videos?
2. Are the videos streamed or downloaded by the users or both?
3. What kind of screen cam utilities are you using?
4. When you are conducting a software tutorial, do you follow any particular restrictions, for example a manuscript or storyboard?
If there is a manuscript, does it include some fundamental criteria’s, that always remains the same even if the software is different?

If you could find the time to answer this questions it would help us tremendously!! Thanks for your time. Best regards, Per & Marcus

Per,

This being a User-2-User forum, you are talking to other users and NOT to Adobe here, so I’m doubtful you will get any authoritive replies to your question
