I’ve just installed the Nvidia DDS file viewer and editor plug-in for photoshop and now when I start the program I’m getting the message;
"This application has failed to start because MSVCI70.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
Re-installing the application does not fix this. I’m running a freshly installed version of windowsXP, and have no idea where to get the MSVCI70.dll file. This problem has only occurred after I installed the DDS plug-in.
If anybody can offer me a solution please email me at It would be very much appreciated.
