Hello, My Name is Zane Condren and i am currently looking into adding support for the use of photoshop filters to a specific application. i was wondering if there is an SDK or some other source of information would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

Anyone used to be able to get the SDK, but now, I think, you have to register as a developer. See <http://partners.adobe.com/>
